Our core approach draws from Jungian and depth psychological frameworks while also honoring the body, soul, and the symbolic dimensions of healing.
We’re seeking a Depth-oriented Psychotherapist and/or a child/adolescent therapist to join our interdisciplinary and deeply collaborative team.
Who You Are:
- A certified Jungian Analyst, depth-oriented psychotherapist, or child/adolescent therapist with clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Oriented toward long-term, insight-driven, symbolic work with individuals and/or couples.
- Adept at working with unconscious material, including dreams, myth, and archetypal patterns.
- Willingness to learn depth oriented approach to work with kids and young adults.
- Committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
- Drawn to working within a collective of healers who see transformation as a sacred and psychological process.

We host a weekly interdisciplinary consultation group—a rare and deeply enriching container for reflection, learning, and support across healing modalities.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a flexible caseload of clients (virtual and/or in-person).
- Participate in weekly consultation meetings and occasional team retreats or gatherings.
- (Optional) Contribute to classes, retreats, or public offerings in line with your passions.
- Engage in a rich culture of depth, soul, and mutual respect.
