Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Radiology Technician II Lead, you will work under the direction of the imaging Manager and Director. You will oversee radiology staff and departmental workflow, obtain quality radiographs while maintaining superior patient care and providing excellent customer service to patients, family and hospital staff. What You Will Do In This Role:

· You will delegate assignments to staff as necessary and provide clear directions to ensure assigned tasks are completed.

· You will perform consistent periodic quality review of diagnostic images and work with staff to improve technical skills.

· You will collect and review data.

· You will participate in the interview process.

· You will participate in the Imaging department environmental and educational rounds.

· You will obtain quality diagnostic images.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

· Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography is required.

· ARRT (R) is required.

· Texas Medical Board licensure is required.

· American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS is required.

    · 1 year of Radiology Technician experience is required.
