About the Role:

We’re hiring Radiology Technologists to join our Matrix team for full-time night shifts (7p–7a). This is a dynamic role where you’ll work across various imaging units, providing high-quality diagnostic radiographic services to a diverse patient population. As part of a flexible, cross-functional team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering timely and accurate imaging that directly supports clinical decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiologic procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Accurately position patients and operate imaging equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain clear communication throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other medical staff in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Document and manage imaging records with precision and confidentiality.

Must-Haves:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support (BLS or ACLS).
• Current MRT license or temporary license from the Texas Medical Board (TMB).
• ARRT-R certification (Registered Radiologic Technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience on night shift in a hospital setting.
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple units or imaging modalities.
