Leads strategic planning and business development for the service line and identifies opportunities to drive differentiation and improve the overall quality and delivery of services provided.
- Report to CNO
- 26 bed adult ER + 10 bed pediatric ER + 3 Free Standing ED’s
- About 160 FTE’s
Qualifications Needed:
- 5+ years of RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR) Director of ACUTE CARE Emergency Services/Emergency Department experience. MUST have experience leading large ERs with high volumes – 50k visits annually or more.
- Bachelor’s Degree. Required
- Master’s Degree or other approved education plan. Required
- BSN. Required
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and or/has an active compact license, in accordance with the law and regulation. Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
